Review of Devil of the Desert Against the Son of Hercules
Action and adventure fans won’t want to miss
this enthralling film. The storyline is set around the story of a daughter from
nobility whose father has been killed by an evil tyrant. The daughter is then
sold into slavery; however, she finds that her new owner is a strong, honest and
brave man who is from common origins rather than nobility.
The pace of the film moves along quite well and keeps you interested throughout.
Directed by Anthony Dawson, also known as Antonio Margetti, who has found fame
in several Italian classic films; this wonderful film features several
unexpected visual shots; that adds to the interest and ambience of the film.
While the setting is somewhat offbeat it works quite well in this film. In
addition to the wonderful storyline and characterization, this film contains
some wonderful cinematography set on location in North Africa. All in all, this
is a winner of a movie that is well worth sitting down to watch.
